By using Udyotgyan ("the Service"), operated by PLM CAD Utilities AS and developed by Vortroid IT Solutions Private Limited, you agree to the following terms.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activity on your account.

2. Plans and payments

  • The Free plan gives access to all topics with limited tests per month and ads on supported pages.
  • The Pro plan unlocks AI chat (subject to a daily message cap), unlimited mock tests, adaptive study plans, full analytics, and removes ads. Pricing is shown on the /pricing page and billed via Razorpay.
  • Pro subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel from account settings; access continues until the end of the billing period.
  • A 7-day free trial may be offered on Pro plans; you can cancel during the trial at no charge.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Share your account credentials.
  • Reverse engineer or resell the Service.
  • Upload illegal, abusive, or infringing content via support tickets or AI chat.
  • Attempt to bypass the daily AI message limit or test quota.

4. AI-generated content

Responses from the AI tutor are generated automatically and may contain mistakes. Verify critical information with your teacher or official syllabus before relying on it for exams.

5. Intellectual property

All platform content (topic explanations, animations, questions, papers) is owned by PLM CAD Utilities AS or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable licence to use it for personal exam preparation.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that remain inactive for more than 24 months. On termination we refund the unused portion of Pro subscriptions pro rata.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee any particular exam outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid us in the last 12 months.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India for Indian users and by the laws of Norway for users in the European Economic Area. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hyderabad, India or Oslo, Norway respectively.

9. Changes to these terms

Material changes will be emailed to registered users at least 14 days before taking effect.
